iDo Wedding Couple Edition Editor's Review

Planning a wedding is a difficult thing especially if it is your wedding. You have to start it for almost a year before the great day. You have to think of eveything from attendees, to invitations, RSVP's, gifts, budget, vendors, etc.

iDo can help you manage all this things in a professional way. For this you need an easy interface and a data base system to keep in touch with all the events. Actually there is a default tasklist implemented for you to know what to do for a perfect wedding. The Weblike interface makes it very easy and clear to navigate through all the 10 major features of the application.

The contact list can edit by entering manually the list or by importing it from Microsoft Outlook, or any comma delimited file. The invitations can be tracked or sent to the attendees.

A very important feature is the management of the attendees: you can have their transportation, accommodation and even the table layout. You can import your Outlook contact list or a list of contacts in CSV format.

By entering the budget of the wedding, you can track the expenses made for each task from the checklist. If you don't have any idea how to write the invitation there is a preview of a suggested invitation. You just have to fill in the desired expressions and other information like reception location, city, state.

After the wedding, you can export your up-to-date contact list into your address book for further use.
